Your Workout & Measurement Data
MyGymBuddy is a workout and measurement tracking app and platform. You enter your Workout Data (consisting of training information such as your workout activity data, exercises performed, body measurements etc.) into our APP. We consider this to be your data.

Data Controller means the natural or legal person who (either alone or jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed.

Data Retention Policy
We retain your Personal Data, account information, and workout/measurement data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the Service.
If you choose to delete your account or submit a data removal request, your personal data and workout records will be permanently erased from our primary servers and databases within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Data Deletion Process & User Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account at any time. We provide clear and straightforward methods for users to submit data deletion requests:
- In-App Account Deletion: You can delete your account and associated data directly within the MyGymBuddy mobile application by opening the app, going to Settings, and selecting Delete Account.
- Web Data Removal Request: You can submit a data deletion request online using our Data Removal Request Page.
- Email Request: You can email our support team directly at MGBclients@mygymbuddy.online with the subject line "Data Removal Request". Please include your registered email address.
Upon receiving a deletion request through any of these methods, we will process and permanently remove all user data within 30 days.
Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
