End-User License Agreement

MyGymBuddy is free to download. Optional paid plans (Pro, Food and PT Pro) are sold as monthly subscriptions in the iOS app (Apple App Store), the Android app (Google Play) and on mygymbuddy.online. Prices are shown in GBP before you subscribe.

Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at sign-up and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. For plans bought on our website use "Manage / Cancel Subscription" in your dashboard (or email us); for plans bought in the app, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Cooling-off period. You have 14 days from purchase to cancel. Because you get immediate access to digital content when you subscribe, you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that you may lose the right to a full refund once the service has started, except where the law requires otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds. Website purchases: contact us at MGBclients@mygymbuddy.online. App purchases are refunded under Apple's or Google's refund policies.

Price changes. We will tell you in advance of any price change to your subscription, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Payments. Website payments are processed by our payment partners RevenueCat and Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
